• Shipping Charges: Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Sale & Clearance Items: Items bought during sales, promotions, or clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange Fee: A ₹100 non-refundable fee applies to all exchange requests, payable at the time of request.
• Price Adjustments: If the exchanged item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, the balance will be credited to a gift card.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Usage: GiftCards are valid only on dripvoid.com for purchases made on the website.
• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: GiftCard balances cannot be refunded or transferred to another user or bank account.

Replacement Eligibility

• Replacement Period: Returns or replacements must be requested within 15 days of delivery, following the same conditions as returns.
• Coverage for Manufacturing Defects: We cover issues like loose stitching, color fading, excessive pilling, or other visible manufacturing flaws. Wear-and-tear or damages from improper care are excluded.
• Inspection Process: All returned items are inspected. Returns suspected of being fraudulent or violating these terms may be rejected.
