Welcome to our website. By using this site and placing orders through it, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Use of Our Website

  • Valid Orders Only: Use this site only to make inquiries and place legally valid orders.
  • Prohibition of Fraudulent Orders: Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If such an order is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel it and notify the relevant authorities.
  • Accurate Contact Details: Provide accurate email, postal address, and other contact information. This information will be used to communicate with you about your order.
  • Information Requirement: Orders cannot be placed if required details are missing.

Order Contract

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email/message, followed by a shipping confirmation.
  • Product Availability: Orders are subject to product availability. In cases where items are out of stock, we may offer substitute products. If not desired, a full refund will be provided.

Refusal to Process an Order

  • We strive to fulfill all orders but may need to refuse processing in exceptional circumstances, even after sending an order confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product or content on the site without prior notice.
  • We will not be liable for removing or altering products or content from the site or for not processing an order after an order confirmation.

Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame or within 5-7 days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or destination-related issues.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Delivery is considered complete once you or a designated third party receives the goods and signs the delivery receipt.

Price and Payment

  • Pricing Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is found, we’ll inform you to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If contact is not possible, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
  • Incorrect Prices: We are not obligated to provide products at incorrect, lower prices if the error is obvious and could reasonably be recognized as such.
  • Pricing Details: Prices exclude GST, duties, cesses, and delivery fees, which may be added during checkout.

Return Policy

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed state with all tags attached.
  • Hygiene Standards: Certain items, such as hats, masks, and crop tops, are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Return Authorization: Reverse pickups require approval from our Customer Experience Team. For defective items, please email images to dripvoidshop@gmail.com or Whatsapp ( +91 8527960629 ) within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Pickup Process: Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 48 hours, with a ₹100 fee to cover delivery partner costs.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale and Diwali Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Legal Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India and fall under law of India.

Invoicing

  • An invoice will be included with the delivery of your order.

Taxes

  • All purchases are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, duties, and cesses, as per prevailing laws.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued as a Drip Void GiftCard, redeemable on dripvoid.com.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Sales Items: Sale and clearance items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Fee: A non-refundable ₹100 fee applies to all exchange requests.
  • Price Difference: If the exchanged item costs more, the price difference must be paid. If less, the remaining balance is credited to a gift card.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  • Usage: GiftCards are valid for purchases on dripvoid.com only.
  • Non-Transferable: Balances cannot be refunded or transferred to other accounts or bank accounts.

Replacement Eligibility

  • Replacement Period: Returns and replacements must be requested within 15 days of delivery, adhering to the original return conditions.
  • Covered Defects: Manufacturing defects such as stitching flaws, fading, and excessive pilling are covered. Damage from improper care is excluded.
  • Inspection: All returns are inspected; fraudulent or unauthorized returns may be denied.

Return & Replacement Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate returns or replacements through our Customer Service Team.
  2. Pickup: Approved pickups are arranged within 7 days. Shipping costs for defective items are covered by Drip Void.
