Return Policy

• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Condition of Products: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Hygiene & Quality Control: We reserve the right to reject returns if items appear used, washed, soiled, or damaged (except for delivery-related issues).
• Authorization Required: Reverse pickups are arranged only after approval from our Customer Experience Team. For defective products, please send images to dripvoidshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Reverse Pickup Process: Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup within 48 hours. A ₹150 fee applies to cover delivery partner costs or you can self-ship the item to us to avoid any deductions.

Refund Policy

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as a Drip Void GiftCard, which can be used for future purchases on dripvoid.in 
• Shipping Charges: Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Sale & Clearance Items: Items bought during sales, promotions, or clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange Fee: A ₹150 non-refundable fee applies to all exchange requests, payable at the time of request or you can self-ship the item to us to avoid any deductions.
• Price Adjustments: If the exchanged item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, the balance will be credited to a gift card.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Usage: GiftCards are valid only on dripvoid.in for purchases made on the website.
• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: GiftCard balances cannot be refunded or transferred to another user or bank account.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange Period: Returns or exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery, following the same conditions as returns.
• Coverage for Manufacturing Defects: We cover issues like loose stitching, color fading, excessive pilling, or other visible manufacturing flaws. Wear-and-tear or damages from improper care are excluded.
• Inspection Process: All returned items are inspected. Returns suspected of being fraudulent or violating these terms may be rejected.
